<![CDATA[<body >This application uses three main frames. The header frame on top always displays the section and subsection that you are currently accessing.
It also provides links to: the main menu, logout, and Help. The header also includes a logo.
The content frame in the middle is used for displaying the application's main content. This includes search forms and related data.
At times, a nested subframeset that contains a naviagtion frame on the left and a content frame on the right is used inside this space.
This frame holds navigation links for each of the main sections. The links are different for the Administrator Section, Manager Section, Teacher Section, and Student/Parent Section.
Clicking on links in this section displays new content in the center content frame. The main menu button in the header frame is always available and will take you back to the applications main entrance.
